By purchasing or using PixSwift Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, OctoArc grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PixSwift Pro on the number of WordPress websites specified in your plan:
- Single Site — 1 website
- Developer — up to 3 websites
- Agency — unlimited websites
Each activation consumes one license slot. You may deactivate from one site and activate on another at any time from your WordPress admin panel.
2. What Is Included
- Lifetime access to the version you purchased and all future plugin updates
- Email support for the duration of your license
- The right to use the plugin on the number of sites specified in your plan
3. What Is Not Permitted
- Redistributing, reselling, or sharing the plugin or license key with others
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
- Using the plugin on more websites than your plan permits
- Sub-licensing the plugin to third parties without written permission (Agency white-label excludes from this)
4. Refund Policy
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If PixSwift Pro does not improve your site performance or you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a complete refund. No questions asked.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. License Validation
PixSwift Pro connects to our license server at pixswiftpro.octoarc.com periodically to validate your license key. Blocking these requests may cause the plugin to deactivate. If our license server is unreachable, the plugin continues working for up to 6 hours before requiring a connection.
6. Updates and Support
Plugin updates are delivered automatically through the WordPress admin interface to all active licensees. We aim to maintain compatibility with the latest WordPress and PHP releases. Support is provided by email at [email protected].
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
PixSwift Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the plugin will meet every specific requirement or that it will be error-free. Your use of the plugin is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OctoArc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use PixSwift Pro, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OctoArc operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PixSwift Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify licensees of material changes by email.
