When you place an order or activate a license, we collect:
- Name and email address — to send your license key and order confirmation
- Website URL — to associate your license with your WordPress site
- Approximate IP address — stored anonymized (last octet masked) in our activity log for abuse prevention
We do not collect payment card details (handled entirely by the payment processor), and we do not collect any data from your website's visitors.

- Delivering your license key and purchase confirmation by email
- Validating license activations from your WordPress site
- Responding to support requests
- Detecting and preventing abuse of the license system
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. License Server Data
The PixSwift Pro plugin connects to our license server at pixswiftpro.octoarc.com to validate your license. Each validation request sends your license key, your WordPress site's domain name, and your site URL. IP addresses recorded during these requests are anonymized (last octet removed, e.g. 192.168.1.xxx) before storage.
4. Data Retention
We retain your order information and license activation records for as long as your license is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us — we will deactivate your license and remove your personal data within 30 days.
5. Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded on any page of pixswiftpro.octoarc.com.
